The HHAE Young Professional of the Year Award honors an emerging Architect, Engineer, or Surveyor who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, distinguished service, and exemplary professional performance within their field.

This award recognizes an individual whose dedication, integrity, and contributions have elevated industry standards and advanced the mission and values of HHAE.

Through their commitment to excellence and their positive impact on colleagues, clients, and the broader community, the recipient embodies the highest ideals of the next generation of design and engineering professionals.

Young Professional of the Year Award Nominee Criteria:

• Current HHAE Member
• Must be 35 or younger
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or surveying
